Every record on Waxline is shipped directly by the seller who owns it. We verify the store, track the package, and release payment only when you confirm safe arrival.

Delivery times

Sellers are required to ship within 2 business days of payment. Records pressed from your order are clearly marked and may take longer.

Tracking & insurance

Every parcel ships with a tracked, signed-for service via PostNL, DPD, DHL or Royal Mail. The tracking link is added to your order page the moment the seller prints the label. Packages up to €500 are insured against loss or damage in transit as standard.

Shipping costs

Costs are set by each seller and shown on the product page before you check out. Most domestic (NL) shipping is between €5,95 and €8,95; European cross-border sits around €12,95–€18,95 depending on weight and destination.

Customs & duties

Orders shipping outside the European Union may incur import duties or VAT on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. Waxline doesn't mark parcels as "gift" — records are clearly declared as second-hand music media.

Packaging standards

Every Waxline seller agrees to pack records to our minimum standard: sleeve in a polythene outer, record and sleeve taped back-to-back inside a corrugated LP mailer with corner stiffeners. Damaged-in-transit claims that trace back to sub-standard packaging are paid out by Buyer Protection, not the buyer.
