Common questions

Where do I find my order number?
Your order number starts with WX- followed by eight characters. You can find it at the top of the order confirmation email we sent right after checkout.
When can I expect my order?
Most sellers ship within 1–2 business days. Once a shipping label is created you'll get a tracking link by email and the order page will switch to Shipped with live carrier updates.
My status hasn't changed in a while — what now?
Carriers occasionally pause scanning between sorting hubs. If there's no update for more than four working days, email hello@waxline.eu and we'll chase it with the seller and the carrier.
Can I change the delivery address?
Once the seller has created a shipping label the address is locked with the carrier. Email us as soon as possible and we can try to redirect — sometimes possible, sometimes not.
What if my record arrives damaged?
Open the order page (the link you get above), hit Report issue and pick the right reason. We hold the payment in escrow for 7 days after delivery so a refund can be issued without back-and-forth.
