Welcome to Waxline. By using our marketplace you agree to these terms. Waxline connects buyers with independent, verified vinyl sellers — we act as a technical platform and escrow, not as the seller of record.
1. Using Waxline
You must be at least 18 years old to buy or sell on Waxline. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
2. Purchases
Each purchase is a direct contract between you and the seller. Waxline provides Buyer Protection — if the record arrives damaged or not as described, we refund the difference within 14 days of delivery.
3. Fees
Buyers pay a 3% Buyer Protection fee (minimum €2.95). Sellers pay an 8% transaction fee plus standard Mollie payment processing costs.
4. Liability
Waxline is not liable for seller conduct beyond the Buyer Protection coverage. Our maximum liability to you is the order total.
